In 2020, Small cap stocks has done better than rest
In 2019, it was international fund with exposure to US Tech stocks and NASDAQ Index
In 2018, Gold has done better than Stock across world markets
In 2017, it was Small cap stocks again which has done better than rest
There must be a negative or low co-relation bet performance of different funds and asset in portfolio
In simple words, if everything in portfolio doing well at same time, there is problem in portfolio
Idea to make good investment return is to have diversified mix of assets in portfolio across market cap and asset classes
We do not know what will do well next time….
